Dylan started with RST Thermal in June of 2019 in the role of Inside Sales/Technical Support Specialist. In this position, he will provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the RST sales team, engineers, wholesale distributors and contractor partners. Dylan served 4 years in the United States Army as an Early Warning Operator in an Air Defense Artillery unit. Dylan has earned his HVAC Certificate of Completion and EPA license at MTTI. Prior to coming to work at RST, he worked as an Oil Burner Installer/Technician and has experience troubleshooting boilers and ductless mini split systems. Most recently, Dylan worked as a lead Packaging Technician for the Isle Brewers Guild in Pawtucket, RI where he worked with packaging equipment, glycol chillers, heat exchangers and temperature controls.
