This 90-minute technical session introduces the Unico System, a high-efficiency small-duct high-velocity (SDHV) solution designed for seamless integration into historic retrofits and modern tight-tolerance construction. Participants will evaluate the principles of SDHV airflow, exploring how compact ducting and specialized air handlers provide superior comfort and space savings without the structural disruption of traditional sheet metal. The training covers critical installation best practices and the integration of SDHV with ERV systems, UV filtration, and air-to-water heat pumps across diverse sectors including residential, institutional, and commercial projects. Attendees—ranging from architects and engineers to HVAC contractors—will gain actionable insights into system design and application tips to maximize both energy performance and project profitability in the Vermont market.
